Misty Lee voices the LoL champion Kalista, a spectral warrior who seeks revenge against betrayers and oathbreakers. She is the spirit of vengeance, who brings justice to those who break their sworn oaths. Her gameplay revolves around using her spectral spears to damage and slow her enemies while also being able to dash around the battlefield and use her ultimate ability to bind an ally to her, allowing them to become invulnerable for a short period of time. Kalista is a powerful and agile champion who is feared for her deadly abilities and her ability to punish those who break their promises in the online game League of Legends.

Misty is also the voice behind Maiden of the Mist, a summoned manifestation commanded by the champion Yorick to focus on specific targets on the battlefield. The Maiden is a spectral entity with a powerful ranged attack and the ability to spawn ghouls to fight alongside her.
